Leaked Geekbench results
Test results of the new Xiaomi 12S smartphone have appeared in the Geekbench benchmark. They revealed its key features.
The model is equipped with an eight-core chipset, in which four cores operate at a clock frequency of 2.02 GHz, three cores at 2.75 GHz, and one more at 3.19 Hz. This SoC configuration points to the recently announced Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1, an improved version of Qualcomm’s top-end processor.
The results of the smartphone are as follows: 1328 points in the single-core test and 4234 points in the multi-core test, respectively. This confirms the 10% performance increase promised by Qualcomm.
The Xiaomi 12S should be officially unveiled in China soon, followed by a global release soon after. The smartphone is expected to have a 6.67-inch screen, a 50-megapixel camera and 67-watt charging.
