Apple held a solo performance at WWDC 2022, where the main event was the debut of iOS 16. We talked about the innovations of the new software a little earlier, but the question remained unsolved, what devices will be able to try all this goodness?
There’s an answer! Below you can see the full list of iOS 16 support published by the company, consisting of 19 models.
As expected, there was no place for the iPhone 6S and iPhone 6S Plus in it, but for some owners of the iPhone 7 and 7 Plus it will be a surprise that support for their gadgets has ended. Finished with updates in the case of the iPhone SE and iPod touch 7th generation.
All other models are still in the game. The release of the commercial assembly will take place in the fall, and the first devices with iOS 16 preinstalled will be the iPhone 14.
