Yesterday, Samsung unveiled its first OLED monitor designed for gamers, the 34-inch Odyssey OLED G8.
Interestingly, this is one of the first models of the brand equipped with Gaming Hub technology. With it, players can stream games via services such as GeForce Now, Google Stadia or Xbox Game Pass directly to the monitor.
Thus, although the device is intended for gamers, it is not necessary to connect to consoles or a computer.
Among other things, it is worth noting that the screen resolution of the Odyssey OLED G8 is 4K, the refresh rate is 175 Hz.
Unfortunately, Samsung has not named the price of new item. At the same time, they shared the estimated release dates – the fourth quarter of 2022. Apparently, then we will find out how much the Korean giant wants for such an unusual device.
