Aquamorphic Design involves a radical change in the color scheme and interface icons. The main color in OxygenOS 13 is Klein Blue (#003FA7), because it resembles the color of water and scales fairly easily to any application. Orange (reminiscent of a sunny orange) will also freshen up the Oxygen design, but it will be much less (85% vs. 15%).
Icons and widgets in OxygenOS 13 will have a rounded shape. In addition, users will see references to water in the animation of the interface – for example, when switching applications, recently launched programs appear to be floating on the screen.

It is expected that the new AI System Booster in OxygenOS will increase device performance by 30%, speed up application installation by 20% and program launch by 10%.
OxygenOS 13 aims to improve the smartphone experience in three key areas: personalization, entertainment, and sync capabilities. Smart Launcher appeared – a side menu with application shortcuts, which was already in Oppo smartphones. The manufacturer has also improved the Always on display mode – users will get an AOD created in collaboration with Spotify that allows you to control music on the screen off.
OnePlus has also teamed up with Google to bring Spatial Audio support to the system. 3D surround sound – it changes its source depending on which way the user turns his head.
In addition, OnePlus announced that it is working closely with Google to provide users with a higher level of security. Smartphone owners will get better control over notifications and access to the “Personal Vault” function, where you can collect files so that other programs (or third parties) cannot access them.
When will OxygenOS 13 be released and which smartphones will receive it
The first smartphone to run OxygenOS 13 will be the OnePlus 10 Pro, which will receive an update “later this year.” In addition, the latest version of the system will receive:

The company did not provide an update schedule for OxygenOS 13. However, the aforementioned devices will most likely start updating after Google releases Android 13 in the third quarter of 2022.
