Italian singer Laura Pausini captivated an audience of millions with her beautiful and powerful mezzo-soprano. The performer is the author of words and music of many works.

Childhood and youth

The life path of the future Italian pop star Laura Pausini began on July 16, 1974 in the town of Faenza in the family of Gianna and Fabrizio Pausini. Laura Pausini received recognition from the audience in 1993. Thanks to participation in a vocal competition in Castrocaro Terme, where the girl was taken by her father.

Laura Pausini was noticed by the sharks of the musical show business Angelo Valsilio and Marco Maratti. The producers offered her to write songs, with one of which, La Solitudine, Pausini performed at the Sanremo festival and won.

Only the next record, Io canto, whose sales almost reached the mark of 2.5 million, gave Laura Pausini the well-deserved award.

In support of the new release, the artist gave a big solo concert in Milan. The San Siro stadium was bursting with an influx of 70,000 spectators who came to listen to philosophical and love ballads in the pop and pop-rock genres.

In 2007, Laura Pausini sang a duet with the eminent Italian tenor Andrea Bocelli. The video of their live performance with the composition Dare to Live at the Teatro Del Silenzio has received more than 50 million views on YouTube
