With a completely redesigned lock screen
Today at the opening of the WWDC conference, Apple introduced a new version of iOS at number 16.
Apple kicked off with the biggest change in iOS 16, the redesigned lock screen. This is the most significant update in years.
The new lock screen allows you to better personalize your iPhone. You can choose any images (iOS will also advise you on the best ones) and color filters for them. Widgets can be placed directly on the lock screen.
For the new lock screen, Apple has changed how notifications are displayed. Now they do not block the entire drawing. The company has also improved the Focus option. It began to work inside applications, for example, in a browser – it will show you only the tabs you really need.
The messaging app has an option to quickly delete a sent message (if you make a mistake). In addition, you can edit what has been sent.
SharePlay is also directly integrated into iMessage, so you don’t have to start a FaceTime call to watch a movie together, for example. You can also conveniently make a semblance of stickers from photos:
