Electric transport is becoming more and more popular all over the world. This also applies to scooters.
Seeing how the market for electric scooters is growing, automaker Honda also decided to enter it. To do this, the Japanese giant launched a subsidiary – Striemo. The company’s first device was a three-wheeled electric scooter.
First of all, the model will go on sale in Japan – this will happen already in 2022. In the future, it is planned to enter the European market. But the expansion is scheduled only for 2023.
So far, the price of the first 300 scooters is known. It will amount to $1900.
Honda representatives said that their new product boasts better stability at all speeds compared to two-wheeled models. At the same time, its maximum speed is 25 km/h, and the travel range on a single charge is 30 km.
