Apple has decided to move some of the iPhone 14 production from China to India. This decision is partly driven by the need to close the gap between manufacturing capacity in both countries, but the important point is the sharp deterioration in relations between China and the United States.
Apple and the Chinese company Foxconn, which produces many Apple gadgets, intended to launch production in China and India at the same time. But it turned out to be impossible. In India, production of the iPhone 14 will start about two months after the release of the smartphones.
As noted, the first “Indian” devices from the iPhone 14 line will be ready only by the end of October or beginning of November.
